Storme is an experienced and powerful Singer/Songwriter and guitarist from Perth, Western Australia. Storme's talent for music was recognised early when she earned a music scholarship into Perth Modern High School, and later gained a scholarship to the WA Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) - studying Operatic Voice Performance. A WAAPA graduate, her music shows influences of Sarah McLaucghlan with her angelic harmonising, and captivating moments. A hint of Sherryl Crows cool yet blues and rock based structures to Jeff Buckleys development of tribal percussive sounds and melodic soundscapes with passionate but serious vocals with an attitude to encompass and satisfy the listener. Storme has played support alongside artists like John Farnham, Lucky Oceans, Johnny Young, Normie Rowe, Robert James (GangGajang) and Ric Whittle. And Storme is a winner and finalist of many competitions, including Woodbridge Original music Comp, MUSOZ, ASA Wax Lyrical, and 1080's Karaoke Competition to mention a few. Storme has been heard on Triple J, RTR FM, ABC Regional, Kalamunda FM and Heritage FM Geraldton (High Rotation), as well as appearances on Channel 31 and Channel 10's XFactor.
